Important Update: Suspicious Activity and Fair Play
In approaching the best learning experience through digital platforms, Pandai is also improving our system. The system is now upgraded from the help of our amazing developers in structuring secured user tracking systems specifically for Juara Digital Pandai contestants. This is to ensure fair play and maintain the integrity of the competition, we have introduced new measures to identify suspicious activities. Here are the common signs that could lead to disqualification:
- Use of bots or emulators
- Excessive quiz attempts in a short time frame
- Inconsistent activity that doesn’t match normal usage patterns
What Happens if Suspicious Activity is Detected?
- The participant will be disqualified from the current month and future competitions.
- They will lose access to answering quizzes, collecting Ruby points, and contributing to the leaderboard.
All their Ruby points will be cleared, and their account will be blocked from participating further.
We’ve implemented these steps to ensure fairness for all participants. For more detailed information, please refer to our Terms & Conditions on the go.pandai.org/juaradigital/terms-and-conditions. Please rest assured, if you got banned, our team is ready to cooperate in lifting an appeal to reconsider the allegations from our system. Hopefully, from implementing such tracking, all participants can now be confident in competing in the name of fairness and a healthy learning environment.

Reminder: Updated Tiering Score in July
The Pandai team had made some exciting changes to the competition from last month! Here is a recent update released in July which is the Updated Tiering System, now there are Easier Chances to Win! We have listened to your feedback and made adjustments to the tiering system. Now, it’s easier to level up and earn bigger prizes:
- Tier 3 requires only 50,000 Ruby to unlock
- Tier 4 requires 150,000 Ruby
The higher your tier, the bigger the prizes you can win in the lucky draw! Keep collecting Ruby points and push for those higher tiers. Compete by farming your rubies smartly and surely being a top terrier can be achieved even within one month only. Now, let us share with you the winners for July for students & schools.
